The plumber needlessly damaged the ceiling in his effort to replace a shut-off valve. I spoke with the plumber before work began. There are two valves, one clod and one hot. The cold shut-off was the issue. I asked about changing the hot water shut-off as a preemptive measure as the valves are of the same age. He told me he would have to cut the drywall to reach the hot shut-off valve. I said no. I did not want to repair the ceiling. I asked if he could replace the cold water valve without damaging the ceiling. He said yes. Instead of making the repair by way of the access panel door. He removed the entire housing of the access panel. This was never discussed with me. Thus damaging the ceiling. And losing the knob that locks the door in place. He didn't even try to put the access panel back in place. Or let me know what he had done. I'm reminded of an old commercial for a plumbing company. Their slogan was "Don't trust a monkey with a wrench." Anyway, I am waiting for my contractor to repair the damage. I'm sure it will be more than the replacement of the valve itself. I called the company twice. I left two voicemail messages with two different people. Neither had the courtesy to return my call. So, I drove 35 miles to the business. Oddly, I spoke with the two ladies with whom I had left messages for a week and a half earlier. They were pleasant. I called one of them a day later and left my email address, which they asked for. Neither one of them gave me their business card or email contact when we spoke in person. It is sad, really, because I have been a repeat customer. Hey, at least the valve was replaced. Yippee.

The lady was very rude about an error that was made on their end. The insurance company called them, paid them, and they still charged me for something that they had been paid for. When I called to see what the issue was, the lady had an attitude and made it seem as if I was bugging her for an amount of money that would be noticeable to anyone, especially since it was for another bill that I had an would overdraft my account which they would claim not to be responsible for. The crazy part is I didn't search them out, the insurance company did. The only good thing about this experience was the worker who was nice, patient, and he did a good job the office side of the transaction was were the problem came in and they need to uphold there end in order for the service to run smoothly otherwise all the hard work the field guys put in is for nothing!

Please stop using this company, we can't afford to keep these maniacs on the road!!! Out of nowhere one of their vans swerves onto incoming traffic, then careening past a turn only lane, almost crashing into the car in front of me. The driver then begins yelling and screaming obscenities out the window at me for not driving off the road to let him into the lane. He hits the brakes before running over the curb and hitting a lamppost, without even looking to see if it was clear, swerve again passing 2 lanes before over taking us on the opposite side. He again starts screaming obscenities out his window, almost driving into a ditch. Please, I'm not the only one that has almost been killed by these guys, they need to have their licences taken from them!

I would strongly advise against using Sun Coast. Their customer service is atrocious, their technicians are incompetent, and their prices are outrageous. I regret ever contacting them, and I hope others can learn from my mistake. Look elsewhere for plumbing services; there are plenty of reputable companies out there that won't let you down like this one did. I felt like I was taken advantage of, and it has left a bitter taste in my mouth.

They did a good job installing the plumbing but charged me $460. I asked how much over the phone and they said $160 an hour. I did not ask for 2 techs and my impression was that $160 was a flat fee for the hour. I'm confused and they did not help. It could be my fault

Unit ending 56, driving like crazy, they had loose wood and drooping on 45 hwy, One of them hit my glass and it didn't stop even lower speed. Please close this company!!!
